Please complete the maintenance request form for any non-emergency repairs. Repair requests made Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm can often be addressed in the same day, provided it is something that can be repaired easily. During lease changeovers in August, non-emergency repairs are addressed once all residents are moved into their units.
Emergency maintenance should be called into our office at 812.339.8300. If you are calling after hours, please have a pen and paper handy to write down the emergency contact phone number.
What is an emergency?
- No heat
- No electricity (but first verify if there is a larger power outage)
- Broken water pipe
- Roof leak or other structural damage
- Fire (call 911 first)
- Issues that affect life, personal safety or the overall condition of the apartment (call 911 if necessary)
