Burnham Rentals, located in Bloomington, Indiana, is a family-owned rental property agency. In business since 1942, Burnham Rentals has student housing in walking distance to the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Optometry School, Chemistry Building, Swain East and West, Ballentine Hall, and the Jacobs School of Music. LEASING FOR 2024-25

Apartment showings are available by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

LEASING FOR 2025-26

We like to give our residents the opportunity to live in our properties before leasing for the following year. Current residents that are offered a renewal will be contacted in October 2025 with renewal rates. New tenants can view apartments in early November.
