Lease dates vary by location and availability, and rent payments are generally made into 12 equal payments during the following lease dates:
- New leases for 320 S Dunn Street will primarily be 08/16/25 – 08/06/26
- New leases for 444 E Third Street will primarily be 08/17/25 – 08/07/26
- New leases for 344/352 S Dunn Street have occupancy dates starting in June, July and August 2025.
- Cascade Village (1955 N College Ave) has limited availability and more flexibility with lease dates.
- New leases for all other properties will primarily be 08/15/25 – 08/05/26.
